  1. Forgot Password and/or User ID
    • Click on Log In button in the upper right hand corner of the page
    • Click on Forgot Password button
    • Type in your email and hit the Submit button.

  2. Log In Problems
    • Hint: User ID is your email address

  3. How do I place an Order?
    • Log in by clicking the Log In button in the upper right hand corner of the page.
      • Dont have an account/log in? Follow directions in Item #5 first.
      • Continue instructions below once you log in.

    • Click on the Corvalen Dietary Supplement box. (If you are a medical professional, click on the For Medical Professionals box)
    • Click on any of the Order Now buttons next to the product photos at the top of the page.
    • Select the product you want to order by clicking on the appropriate tab at the top.
    • Enter quantity and click on Add To Cart button under quantity.
    • When done shopping and adding products to cart, click on Proceed to Checkout located in Your Shopping Cart (on right hand side) under the total amount.
    • Continue to follow checkout directions.

  4. Credit Card didn't go through
    • Try entering the number again or try different credit card.
    • Make sure expiration date is entered correctly
    • Make sure 3-digit security code is entered correctly

  5. Setting Up an Account
    • Click on Log In button in the upper right hand corner of the page.
    • Click on Register Now and follow instructions.

    • Once you are registered, you will receive wholesale pricing and can place your orders online or by phone!
    • Ordering online is easy. Just log in so you can view and order from the wholesale pricing pages. In order to log in, you will first need to go to “My Account” and click on “Customer Activation” and follow the steps to activate your account. You will need your Customer Number (which Customer Service will provide when you register), your phone number and email address. Submit your information and then you’re ready to order online!
