Bioenergy, Inc. is an integrated biotechnology company with a mission to develop products to improve our daily lives. Our core technology centers on the pentose carbohydrate, ribose, and the dramatic metabolic impact it has on restoring energy. Ribose amplifies the body's natural response to metabolic stress, helping to regenerate energy when tissues are stressed, such as with cardiovascular diseases. Patients afflicted with compromised heart function find that ribose allows them to do more and enjoy a higher quality of life. For healthy people, ribose can also provide needed energy, reflected in less fatigue, greater exercise performance over time, and faster energy recovery following exercise. No other compound plays such an important metabolic role in our body. Bioenergy, Inc. manufactures and commercializes various ribose-based products that transcend a spectrum from nutraceuticals to medical foods to pharmaceuticals. Our branded nutraceutical and medical food products provide metabolic support to stressed tissue, including hearts and skeletal muscles. Our bioactive ingredient, Bioenergy RIBOSE, is widely used in foods and beverages as an energy enhancing nutraceutical, accelerating energy recovery and decreasing fatigue. The Company's pharmaceutical division centers on the use of ribose in chronic diseases, such as heart disease, and our cutting edge cell technology solutions are designed to improve transfusable blood products.

Bioenergy Life Science, Inc.

Bioenergy Life Science, Inc. focuses on using the energetic science of D-ribose to fuel a range of all-natural nutritional products. Decades of scientific and clinical research has shown that ribose improves energy recovery, and we have drawn on this research in our nutraceutical foods, beverages, and clinical nutritional products. Bioenergy Life Science has relationships with many of the world's leading companies and is dedicated to energizing their active lifestyle products. Additionally, Bioenergy Life Science, Inc. has partnered with hospitals, medical clinics, and healthcare professionals to bring the power of ribose to patients through its proprietary family of clinical nutritional products.

Bioenergy Pharmaceuticals is a separate division in Bioenergy, Inc. developing infusible pharmaceuticals for both diagnostic and therapeutic applications in medicine, presently focusing in the area of cardiovascular medicine.
Viacell, LLC Technology
The world faces a continual shortage of blood products, which threatens the health of patients worldwide. A solution to this problem centers on techniques that will extend the useful storage life of blood components while preserving cell function. Viacell has developed ribose-based additive solutions to extend and maintain function of preserved blood products. One developed solution, when added to harvested platelets, extends storage life and preserves viability and function. Platelets help to form clots and aid in controlling bleeding. Viacell also has developed an additive solution that aids with normal storage and rejuvenation of red blood cells to maintain the intracellular component necessary for oxygen transport, key for tissue survival and function.
